How it works

Insert up to five cards into the aluminum chamber, press the side trigger, and the wallet automatically staggers your cards for quick, one-hand selection.

 

The precision-machined casing shields your cards with RFID protection, keeping sensitive information safe. Custom engraving ensures your wallet feels distinctly yours while maintaining a sleek, minimal silhouette.

Order process

1. Design:
Enter the name you want engraved on your wallet, and optionally upload a logo for the top-left corner (Free). Please double-check your spelling and our team will handle the technical setup.

 

2. Processing:
After your order is placed, our production team will fine-tune the engraving layout, adjust spacing, and prepare the artwork for engraving. If no logo is provided, we’ll proceed with the name-only design.

 

3. Quality check:
Once your wallet is engraved, our fulfillment team performs a thorough quality inspection to ensure engraving clarity, mechanism smoothness, and overall finish before shipping it out to you.

Shipping and return

We manufacture every wallet in-house to ensure top quality and fast turnaround. Custom wallets typically ship within 2 business days.

 

Because each wallet is personalized, we cannot accept returns on custom items. However, you will get free replacements for any quality-related issues and offer partial refunds when applicable.

How does Circo work?

A Circo device stores your fully customized Circo profile electronically and seamlessly transfers it with a single tap onto someone else’s smartphone. Your profile can include everything from your bio, social media links, contacts, websites, videos, images, portfolios, and more. With just one tap, your complete digital identity and brand seamlessly appear on another person’s phone.

 

The best part? Others don’t need any special app or device to receive your info. Circo is your secret weapon for efficient, hassle-free networking.

Do others need a Circo device or App?

NO! The beauty of Circo is that the other person doesn't need to have a Circo or anyspecific app to access your Circo profile.


You can easily tap your Circo device to their smart phones and your profile will open upon their browsers.

Does Circo require a subscription?

No, Circo does not require a monthly subscription.


We do have Circo Pro but those are for additional features and are completely optional. As a matter of fact, you can use over 95% of the features FREE, including all of the customization options so that you don't need to have a Pro to make beautiful mini-sites.

How does Circo's contact exchange function work?

Next to your "Save Contact" button, you'll find an "Exchange" button. When someone clicks on it, a contact exchange form will appear with fields for their name, job title, company, phone number, and email. They can quickly fill out the form using their browser's auto-fill, allowing them to share their contact details with you in seconds.

 

All received contacts are conveniently stored in the Circo app's "Connections" tab, where you can manage, export to your CRM, or download them directly to your local contacts. Additionally, Circo offers a "Lead Collection" feature, which displays the contact exchange form first when others visit your digital business card, making it easier to capture leads instantly.

Can I have multiple profiles linked to my device?

Absolutely! We understand that different jobs or scenarios may require different business cards, so each Circo account allows you to create up to 3 distinct profiles.

 

Each profile has its own unique information and design, tailored to your specific needs. You can easily switch between profiles in the Circo app, and your Circo device will automatically sync to the newly selected profile. This way, you’re always ready for any event or occasion in seconds.

How fast is the shipping?

Our distribution center is in Atlanta, GA, and your order is shipped out 1 day within your order. You can expect your Circo device to arrive in 2-3 business days depending on location and shipping method selected at checkout. Free shipping uses USPS GroundAdvantage.
